We offer year-round accommodation in a house with four apartments in the beautiful surroundings of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area in the wildlife of the Přemyslovský saddle. The house built in 2020 is located at the upper end of the village of Nové Losiny, just below the Přemyslovský saddle.

In the peaceful nature of the Jeseníky mountains. The house follows the traditional architecture of mountain cottages and offers accommodation in 4 spacious apartments. A large garden stretches around the house, there you can find a fireplace and a children’s playground. The garden is bordered by a mountain stream and smoothly transitions into mountain meadows and forests with a view of the massif of Králický Sněžník.
On the ground floor of the house there are two apartments for 2 to 4 people with 2+kk, resp. 2+1, layout with access to a private terrace for each apartment. Upstairs there are two spacious duplex apartments, 3+kk, suitable for a large family.
There is a common ski storage room, used for bike storage in the summer.
Breathe in and absorb the scent of the mountains. Explore the wild nooks and crannies of the meadows and forests below Černá stráň, enjoy the view of Praděd and Kralický Sněžník from the lookout rock Tři Kameny. Sportsmen and hikers will be attracted by the proximity of the resorts of Kouty nad Desnou, Červenohorské sedlo, Branná and Ramzová. For skiers, the Přemyslov Ski Resort is just 2 km from the house. And when it’s chilly outside, there’s nothing better than a visit to the thermal baths in Velké Losiny.
